The experience
In Colobraro, you can not only taste a selection of dishes and recipes typical of the local tradition but also learn the secrets of preparing the dishes that your grandparents and parents have always told you about and made you eat during festive days, by getting your “hands in the dough.”
The meeting will begin with a welcome drink and an explanation of the ingredients needed to make fresh pasta, moving on to manual techniques and the use of work tools.
Raffaele and Teresa will guide you through practical demonstrations of the different stages of preparation, from kneading to cooking. The lesson will end with a tasting of the dish and the delivery of the training material to take home.
The familiar and enjoyable atmosphere will contribute to making the cooking class a memorable and authentic experience.
