Ginestra Workshop:
Theory of the stages of the Broom Transformation Cycle:
- Preparation of bouquets made by guests;
- Breaking of bunches (previously made boiling);
- Spinning
6 p.m. (duration about 1:30)
Workshop of Dressing:
- Differentiation of clothing and reading codes-Description of the Wedding Procession-Vallja and banner-Fljamuri;
- Dressing a guest in daily dress.
Aug. 22 at 4 p.m. (duration about 2:00)
Bagpipe workshop with Vincenzo Di Sanzo, an expert in bagpipe and surduline construction as well as an excellent player of the same.
- History of the Bagpipe (Zampogna)
- Explication of instrument components and sound techniques, construction of a reed.
(Allow guests great leeway with their curiosities, so the above should apply solely and exclusively as a canvas for the workshops.)
