The experience

Do you remember when your grandparents used to say that wine makes good blood? It was because on the tables of Basilicata, there is always a low glass next to a bottle of wine!

Wine production in Italy is a tradition that stems from the identity of the places, and Vulture, in the northern area of Basilicata, is home to a rich winemaking tradition that has its roots in centuries past. Indeed, it is a territory that has always had a vocation for winemaking in Basilicata, and the quality of the product is increasingly recognized at an international level.

Vulture is a unique volcanic area, where the roots have a double value: they nourish and give the cultivated grapes distinctive characteristics that are reflected in the wines produced, and they provide their producers with both memory and future. From this dual value, the cellars of Vulture stand out for the production of the famous Aglianico del Vulture wine, a full-bodied and complex red wine with a soft soul.

Behind the productions, there are stories, families, and places that deserve to be known, where the traditions of ancestors blend with innovation without ever losing the value of identity, creating a harmonious blend where you will feel at home sitting around that table where grandparents told stories of what you can experience here!

A visit to the cellars of Vulture offers a family experience where hospitality is the primary value of being Lucanian. Visitors will thus be able to immerse themselves and fall in love with the wine and identity history of Vulture. With breathtaking landscapes and a rich wine history, the cellars of Vulture are a must-visit for lovers of good wine and Italian authenticity.
